A well-respected Legal 500 law firm in Essex is seeking to strengthen its Corporate practice with the appointment of an ambitious and commercially minded Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) . You will be joining a firm recognised for its growth, modern outlook and strong reputation across multiple practice areas, working within a supportive team that values collaboration, respect and professional development. The Role As a Corporate Solicitor, you will act for a broad and varied client base including global brands, FTSE 100 companies, privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors . The team provides strategic and practical advice on a wide range of corporate transactions and projects.
