We work closely with clients to help them navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic objectives. We’re looking for a Solicitor who enjoys working on a broad range of corporate matters. You’ll advise clients across a wide range of corporate law issues, often where legal considerations intersect with accountancy and tax work. This is a genuinely collaborative role, working closely with colleagues across the wider advisory services practice to deliver joined‑up, high‑quality advice.
