Requirements We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary Executive to support our growing business in Singapore. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and excited to work in a progressive, technology-driven environment. Mission In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned tasks efficiently, delivering work accurately and on time, and supporting client matters under the guidance of senior team members. As a key point of contact for clients, you will handle inquiries professionally, resolve issues where possible, escalate matters when required, and consistently maintain a high standard of accuracy and client service. Outcomes Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients and provide advice on Singapore Companies Act requirements, ACRA filings, and statutory compliance matters. Handle client queries independently by applying your knowledge of corporate secretarial regulations, processes, and best practices. Deliver excellent client service by maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication and effective issue resolution. Ensure Annual Returns (ARs) and other statutory filings are completed accurately and within required deadlines. Manage your portfolio efficiently while supporting the profitability objectives of the Corporate Secretarial team. Work closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery. Maintain compliance with internal service standards, regulatory requirements, and agreed client timelines. To do this, you will have: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Services, Legal Studies, or a related discipline. CGQP qualification and CSIS membership are advantageous. 5+ years of corporate secretarial experience, preferably supporting Singapore-based clients. Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act requirements, ACRA filings, corporate governance, and statutory compliance. Comfortable acting as a named Company Secretary and/or Registered Qualified Individual (RQI). Experience attending Board meetings and handling complex corporate secretarial matters. Previous experience in leading or mentoring junior team members is an added advantage. Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working
