As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for procuring quality talent and maintaining a candidate pipeline to support our ever changing needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… • Work closely with hiring managers to develop specific strategies to target and recruit              needs based talent • Manage a pipeline of positions ranging from administrative and customer service                    based, to accounting and technical • Collaborate with colleagues to identify best practices and streamline workflows • Manage the recruiting cycle from start to finish, including working with placement                    agencies to address staffing needs • Attend open houses and career fairs and other networking events to promote our                  company and brand DETAILED JOB DUTIES • Full cycle recruitment including but not limited to job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, extending offers, initiating pre-employment background check and drug screens, and onboarding paperwork such as offer letters and employment agreements • Partner with hiring managers to create screening and interview guides, realistic job previews and job descriptions • Review resumes and qualificiations for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements • Coordinate and conduct phone screen or face to face interviews on behalf of hiring manger • Facilitate offers of employment to potential candidates • Draft offer letters, confidentiality agreements, and other related employment documents for candidate presentation • Ensure accurate data entry including applicant tracking system and requisition ownership processes • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with executive leadership team, hiring managers, vendors, and community organizations to create a partnership that establishes credibility and yields success • Create and foster relationships with universities and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates • Leverage and maintain an extensive talent pool using available resources including but not limited to applicant tracking system, online databases, referrals and networks for vacant positions and succession planning • Assist in the implementation and support of all recruiting related initiatives and programs • Collaborate with recruiting team to develop strategies and create efficiencies within the department • Perform all other duties assigned WHO YOU ARE You possess … • Drive and ambition. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years experience as a full cycle corporate recruiter in the mortgage, banking or financial services industry; technical recruiter experience a plus • Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence • Experience using an ATS, preferably Taleo Enterprise Edition • Ability to manage competing demands and to remain adaptable and flexible to meet ever changing business needs • Ability to formulate and implement strategies; interpret data to resolve complex issues • Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated presentation and negotiation skills • Strong background and proven ability to recruit for a broad range of positions including customer service and call center type roles as well as skilled positions such as accounting, finance and technology • Strong technical and project management skills • Excellent Microsoft office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Chrome and Internet • BS/BA in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
