Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support active candidate sourcing for a variety of corporate roles. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and engaging top talent that aligns with our organization’s strategic goals. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead active recruiting efforts for a range of corporate roles, with a focus on high-quality hires
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success criteria
Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines using ATS platforms, resume databases, proactive outreach, networking, events, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates, creating engaging conversations that generate interest and applications
Conduct initial screening interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, and effectively present opportunities to candidates
Review applications and resumes, manage hiring inboxes, and maintain timely, professional candidate communication
Represent Ally Behavior at hiring events, career fairs, conferences, and other recruiting forums
Support special recruiting projects and initiatives as needed
Contribute to a purpose-driven culture that makes Ally Behavior Centers a great place to work in healthcare
KPIs:
Qualified candidates sourced per role
Time to fill open positions
Offer acceptance rate for actively sourced candidates
Retention rate of actively sourced candidates
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, with exposure to executive, leadership, or hard-to-fill roles
Demonstrated success sourcing candidates beyond job boards, including networking, cold outreach, referrals, events, social media, and community engagement
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to build rapport and clearly communicate opportunities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems, CRMs, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technologies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel occasionally within Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. metro area
Ability to pass MD/VA state, FBI, and sex offender background checks
