Description
Remote, Costa Rica. Full-time.The Corporate Recruiter is expected to own full-cycle recruiting for internal positions, including sourcing, evaluating, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. The recruiter will also develop recruiting plans with internal stakeholders, maintain candidate communication, assist with training programs for managers, analyze hiring statistics, maintain recruitment records, contribute to the annual recruiting budget, work with HR on background checks, and create recruitment documents.Corporate Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging full-cycle recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, account management, and senior-level positionsPartner and communicate with global hiring leaders to fill positions in a timely mannerAssisting in the creation of appropriate job descriptions as communicated by the Hiring ManagerInitiating and working on job postings to online platforms, screening employee referrals, and designing creative sourcing methods beyond traditional channels to attract qualified applicantsScheduling and conducting interview assessments with applicants, providing an overview of the role, and performing shortlisting of qualified candidates for endorsement to final interviews with hiring managersSecuring the attendance of qualified applicants during scheduled interviews with hiring managersFacilitating internal hirings and/or transfers of employees from one line of business to another, coordinating closely with the HR DepartmentConducting employment background checks to ensure the authenticity and validity of information and documents presented by candidatesForecasting applicants for open positions whenever neededTaking a shared role with the HR Department during the Onboarding Stage to ensure the smooth joining of newly hired employeesProviding assistance to the TA Manager on regulations, processes, and policies pertaining to Talent Acquisition and RecruitmentMaintaining deep knowledge of industry and talent market changes, trends, and best practicesRegularly attending meetings to provide guidance to Operations Leaders and Hiring Managers on changes to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment proceduresActing as a talent advisor to executive leadership by analyzing market trends and talent mapping data to provide actionable insights, ensuring recruitment strategies are aligned with market realities to maximize fill ratesPerforming any other tasks similar or analogous to the foregoing as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager, Supervisor, or upper managementRequirements*Knowledge*Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable highly preferred) and effective recruitment modulesDeep understanding of staffing industry-specific talent landscapes, competitor compensation packages, and talent migration trendsSourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter for hard-to-fill, go-to-market, and Sales positions globallyBasic functionalities of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and related software*Skills*Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interpret recruitment data to drive decision-makingPrioritization and organization of tasksHigh level of attention to detailExperience with building complex boolean searches and geo-targeting*Abilities*Attention to detail and sense of professionalismPunctuality and drive for resultsExceptional planning and execution skillsExceptional customer service skills with candidates and hiring leadersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment navigating multiple prioritiesAdaptability to demanding business environments with changing business priorities
