The Opportunity
You will gain experience across the full deal cycle, including:
• Tax structuring
• Buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence
• Funds flow analysis
• SPA reviews
• Refinancing transactions
A large portion of the work is cross-border, providing exposure to international structuring techniques and global tax regimes.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the successful delivery of complex transaction tax projects.
• Build and manage client relationships, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development.
• Play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the team.
• Ensure technical excellence with a commercial, deal-focused approach.
• Collaborate with multiple service lines to provide seamless client solutions.
What We're Looking For
• Qualifications: ACA/ATT/CTA, Law qualification, or international equivalent.
• Experience: Significant experience in M&A tax within a professional services environment.
Skills:
• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
• Business development expertise with a proven ability to win work
• Effective time management and ability to thrive under pressure
• Experience mentoring and managing junior staff
• A proactive, adaptable mindset
