• Administer and govern MDM platforms, endpoint management, DLP policies, and access controls
• Manage IT onboarding/offboarding and software deployment for the KL office
• Coordinate with vendors and support procurement and asset management
• Drive automation for system monitoring, security updates, and repetitive tasks
• Provide rotational after-hours support for BVI and Samoa offices remotely across time zones
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5 - 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Proven experience managing and leading a technical support team
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux (deployment, patching, firewalls)
• Experience with GPO and Domain Controller
• Experience with DLP, endpoint/asset management, and MDM platforms
• Proficiency with IT ticketing systems
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• AI-Assisted Tools: Proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to provide rotational off-hours support for overseas offices (BVI/Samoa)
Nice to Have:
• AD integration with third-party platforms (SSO, Azure AD)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure)
• Network engineering background (routing, switching, VLANs, firewall management, UniFi)
• Financial services background
