Corporate Development Analyst Salary: Up to $110,000 + bonus Hybrid schedule – Norwalk, CT Why This Opportunity Stands Out: • Work directly with senior leadership on M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships at a fast-growing solar industry leader • Get exposure across the full deal lifecycle — target identification through integration planning • Present directly to executive leadership, the board, lenders, and investors • Broaden your scope with cross-functional special projects spanning Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT • Build hands-on experience with 45X Tax Credit Sales and ERP implementation projects • Hybrid schedule — just 2 days a week onsite in Norwalk, CT • Strong benefits package including tuition reimbursement and professional development support • Be part of the growing renewable energy and sustainability sector Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Development Analyst: • Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments • Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and deal execution • Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders, and investors • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking • Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities • Support special projects for the office of the CFO, including ERP and process improvement initiatives Qualifications for the Corporate Development Analyst: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills • Strong financial statement analysis and communication skills #CorporateDevelopment #FinanceJobs #MandA #CTJobs #RenewableEnergy #LI-EL1 #LI-Hybrid #INJULY2026 EB-1335178371
