Role Overview During the 6-month internship, you will support the preparation and coordination for Holcim’s 2026 Integrated Annual Reporting Suite. In addition, you will be tasked to provide support in other work/projects primarily related to full-year reporting. Your Responsibilities Project coordination for the 2026 Integrated Annual Reporting Suite Support with the texting, editing, and proof reading for 2026 Annual Report as well as for the other full-year reporting materials Timeline/deadline management Updating and controlling of content in the publishing system Your Profile Education / Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications Experience/Skills: Previous experience in corporate communications is a plus Excellent project coordination skills Digitally proficient (publishing tools and google suite) Detailed oriented yet able to keep a good overview of the entire project and its different workstreams Experience and understanding of accounting and technology is a plus Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Languages : Good command of English and German, spoken and written Benefits The position offers insights into the processes and work routines within corporate communications in a global corporate environment You will work closely with other corporate functions, including finance, sustainability, compensation, human resources, legal, and investor relations, as well as with external suppliers and agencies A welcoming, supportive, and collaborative team spirit and an open company culture Attractive compensation and working conditions Modern office facilities located next to the train station Zug with direct connections to Zurich and Lucerne Can you identify with this position and are you looking for experience in corporate reporting and communications?
