Corporate Administrator (VA817) Location: • Cayman Islands Department: Corporate Services Experience: Proven experience as a Corporate Administrator 3+ years We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our Cayman Office. The post holder will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships and other entities of Carey Olsen and its associated businesses. Principle duties include: • Maintenance of statutory records and corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and procedures • Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices and correspondence • Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA in connection with administrative matters • Act as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries, handling queries and providing timely, professional responses • Maintain and ensure accuracy of statutory records, registers and corporate databases • Review resolutions and corporate documentation to a high standard • Monitor and escalate risk, compliance or governance issues as appropriate • Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance, training and mentoring • Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the corporate administration function • Support attorneys/managers with more complex transactions and client matters • Liaising with Carey Olsen’s wider operations teams Candidates should have: • Proven experience as a Corporate Administrator 3+ years • Strong academic background • Knowledge of corporate governance principles and procedure • Excellent organisation skills • Strong IT skills in MS Suite, ViewPoint, CAP, DITC and CORIS • Willingness to learn Candidates should hold Caymanian status or suitable RERC Certificate.
