Job Summary The Corporate Accounting Analyst will support TCW’s Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment and General Accounting teams. The role will provide support with processing vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, employee travel and expenses and regulatory reports and filings. This position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with onshore finance and accounting teams. Key Responsibilities • Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment runs within Workday Financials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy. • Review invoices for proper coding, approval, and supporting documentation in compliance with TCW’s expense and procurement policies. • Administer and maintain the Concur Travel & Expense system, including auditing and approving employee expense reports for accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation. • Ensure expenses comply with TCW’s corporate travel and expense policy and relevant tax/regulatory requirements. • Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and filings to ensure compliance with relevant governing bodies. • Support internal and external audits, including regulatory audits, by providing requested documentation and reconciliations. • Partner with onshore Corporate Accounting to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. • Support the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and reporting standards. • Prepare and maintain documentation of all assigned processes. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting within financial services. • Strong understanding of GAAP, regulatory reporting, and audit processes. • Proficiency with ERP systems (Workday Financials strongly preferred). • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy. • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across time zones and functions.
