For more information, visit  WPP.com . About the Role We are looking for a skilled, curious, and highly communicative Insights Consultant to bridge the gap between our technical teams and our clients. In this role, you will act as the vital translator between complex data science, advanced analytics, and interactive dashboards on one side, and diverse business stakeholders on the other.  Your primary mission is to take complex, multi-layered data and turn it into clear, actionable, and digestible stories. You will be presenting to people who do not speak "data"—from different departments (marketing, sales, product, finance), various global geographies, and all levels of seniority (from execs to C-suite). Key Responsibilities The "Data Translator":  Translate complex data science methodologies, statistical models, and dashboard outputs into clear, jargon-free business recommendations. Stakeholder Management:  Build strong relationships with client teams across different regions and business units. Understand their unique business challenges to ensure data delivery is tailored to their specific needs. Data Storytelling and Visualisation:  Craft compelling narratives, presentations, and reports. You will work closely with our dashboarding/BI developers to ensure the end-product is intuitive and directly answers the client’s "so what?" Consultative Problem Solving:  Work with clients to define their business questions and then collaborate with our internal data scientists to determine how data can answer those questions. Project Delivery:  Manage the end-to-end delivery of insights projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, meet the brief, and are presented in a highly professional, engaging format. Global Collaboration:  Adapt your communication style to work effectively with clients and internal team members from diverse cultural backgrounds and different levels of data literacy. Required Experience and Skills The Core Requirement: Data Translation & Communication Proven experience (7+ years) in an agency, consultancy, or in-house insights role where your primary responsibility was delivering data-driven insights to non-analytical audiences. Outstanding storytelling ability—you know how to structure a presentation, write an exec summary, and highlight the  business impact  over the technical process. Experience presenting to diverse audiences across different seniority (up to C-suite level), departments (eg. Marketing, Strategy,  Ops), and geographies (global/multi-market experience is a big plus). Technical Understanding (No Coding Required) While you won’t be coding, you must have a solid conceptual understanding of data science concepts (eg. predictive modelling, segmentation, regression) and modern dashboarding/BI tools. Ability to query and look at data yourself to sense-check findings.
