Location: Site based across the AW region
Building a resilient future for water, people and the planet.
Join the @one Alliance – a collaborative partnership of eight industry‑leading companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) delivering over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme. As we prepare for the challenges and opportunities of AMP8, we’re looking for talented individuals to help us shape the future of water infrastructure.
We’re looking for a Coordinator (Site) to support the Construction Team and Site Manager by coordinating information, maintaining records, communicating with project teams and suppliers, and assisting with the day to day management of the site compound.
You will help the team maintain an efficient and streamlined operation, ensuring a safe and organised project compound. The role will require travel between local sites.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to develop knowledge of the water industry, construction, environmental compliance, sustainability and project coordination.
What you’ll do
• Manage visitors to site, book visits and coordinate with the Site Manager
• Record site briefings/meetings, and log actions and attendance
• Manage the paperwork for equipment hire and inspection logs
• Record safety activities on our corporate system
• Complete assigned tasks safely, accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Build positive relationships with project teams, construction teams, Framework suppliers and colleagues.
About you
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career, help us shape the future of water infrastructure. You’ll bring:
• Previous administrative experience, on a construction project or in a site coordination role would be beneficial but not essential
• Confident using Microsoft Office, and experience with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn with a positive proactive attitude.
• A valid UK driving licence.
Why join us?
In the @one Alliance, you’ll be part of something bigger — a partnership built on collaboration, innovation and purpose. You’ll have the autonomy to lead meaningful projects, influence strategy, and help shape a sustainable legacy for future generations.
Join us in building the future of water — together.
