Coordinator – Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) Services The office Coordinator will play an essential role in coordinating administrative tasks related to Independent Medical Evaluations. This position involves timely management of medical records, handling phone communication, supporting clients and medical evaluators, and maintaining organized documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and provides excellent customer service to clients, evaluators and examinees. This position demands a high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work tasks while working within deadlines. Being a team player is a must. What we do: MRG Exams coordinates Independent Medical Evaluations for workers’ compensation and disability claims. This has been our sole focus since being founded in 1998. Qualifications: Previous administrative or office experience preferred, especially in a medical, legal, or workers’ compensation environment. Proficiency with common office software (Microsoft Office, PDF tools, scanning equipment). Ability to work with confidential and sensitive medical information (HIPAA).
