Description
• Manage residential property transactions from start to finish.
• Provide legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct property searches and review title deeds.
• Handle post-completion matters, including registration and stamp duty.
Profile
A successful Conveyancing Solicitor should have:
• Qualified solicitor status with at least 5 years pqe in conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of property law and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A client-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
