A growing workload has created the need for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the Commercial Property Department within the Aberdeen City Centre headquarters of this legal firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established team delivering specialist conveyancing support to housebuilder clients across a wide range of residential property transactions. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Support part exchange and plot sale activities on behalf of housebuilder clients.
• Prepare and review conveyancing documentation and legal paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties throughout transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and case files using case management systems.
• Assist with transaction completions and post-completion administration.
Applications to this role require:
• Previous experience working as a Paralegal is essential.
• Experience within conveyancing and residential property transactions would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a busy environment and work to deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
