This is a hands-on role for someone who loves forming hypotheses, running tests, and letting the data settle the debate. As our CRO Specialist, you'll be the test builder and architect — designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments, analyzing user behavior to find friction, and turning what you learn into clear optimization recommendations. You'll prepare CRO deliverables and present your analysis directly to clients on calls, while our account managers own the day-to-day relationships. This is an ideal role for an early-to-mid-career marketer or analyst with a couple of years in CRO or analytics who's ready to own the testing program across multiple client accounts. You don't need to be a developer — basic comfort with HTML/CSS and platforms like WordPress or HubSpot is a plus, and you can always partner with client resources to implement. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, build, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across client websites and funnels - Optimize landing pages, funnels, forms, CTAs, and overall user experience to improve conversion - Analyze user behavior using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel drop-off data - Conduct CRO audits and develop clear, prioritized optimization recommendations for clients - Architect and own the testing roadmap across multiple client accounts - Prepare CRO deliverables and present analysis and results directly to clients on calls - Translate test results into actionable insights and clear next steps for clients and internal teams - Partner with designers, developers, and client resources to implement test variants when needed - Collaborate with account managers and other functions to ensure clients receive high-quality, results-driven work SETUP - This is a work-from-home setup - Target of 42.5 billable hours per week This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day. Here’s what a typical day looks like: - Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT) - Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT) - Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT) - Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT) This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours. - Work-from-home setup [https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/images/user-content/4802dda9-c742-4abd-893c-f4d51c51e50e/44d12927-ed39-4f53-b518-b616cab2c1cc/Split.png] Note: All of these times would shift 1 hour later when the time difference switches to 13 hour differences from 12 hour differences REQUIRE
