Job Title – Contracts Manager
Department/Sector – Travel

Salary – £30k – £40k
Our client is recruiting contracts manager to procure and manage a worldwide portfolio of ground contracts
In the role you will support business growth and be responsible for developing and maintaining key international contractual relationships.
A main part of the role is the focus on the delivery of high value outsourced agreements.
Our client is one of the fastest growing cruise and stay holiday.
You will be responsible for the negotiation of all contracts securing competitive rates to deadlines for all source markets
In the role you will be required to travel to global destinations, a fluency in a second language is desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Manage contractual compliance or escalation issues and develop effective supplier relationships.
• Drive contract agreement to generate incremental income based on performance targets agreed.
• Monitor delivery of service against contract obligations, including performance regime data; check schedule and contract milestones compliance
• Understanding of revenue margins and volumes associated with each contracted product
• Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills
• Managing supplier performance and contractual risk
• Ensure that contractual and service obligations are being met, with quick resolutions, service level agreements and industry leading customer service delivered to our clients.

• Drive and motivation to deal with a wide range of tasks with conflicting priorities
3-5 year’s customer relationship management and strategic central solutions management experience.
• A strong knowledge of tourism in worldwide
• Previous experience negotiating contacts with hotels and ground handlers essential
• Strong negotiation skills, pro-active, dynamic, passionate and a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills plus excellent numeric ability
• Excellent attention to detail
