OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology. Responsibilities and Duties OCT Consulting currently has an opportunity for a Contract Specialist with at least eight (8) years of relevant experience in federal acquisitions. Experience with a variety of vehicle contract types, including but not limited to fixed price, time and materials, cost/cost-plus, interagency agreements, IDIQ, and BPA is required. Responsibilities will include preparing pre-award documentation, supporting post-award activities, and assisting in contract closeouts as required. Experience supporting an acquisition office in the Contract and Procurement Series 1102 is preferred. The experience can be either as a federal government employee or as a contractor supporting a Federal Agency, or a combination of both.
