What is this role about?
The role provides legal guidance, reviews contracts, and advises internal stakeholders to ensure day-to-day transactions comply with laws and minimize legal risks.
What will YOU do?
• Advise transactions for compliance by reviewing documents
• Review transactions for compliance by reviewing documents/transactions
• Calculate risks to avoid penalties/losses by reviewing documents/transactions
• Clarify laws for compliance by writing opinion/legal advice
• Defend company to protect interest of company
• Inform stakeholders to provide updates on existing and new laws and regulations
• Support and assist with permit acquisition
What will YOU need?
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Legal Management, Political Science, or other related courses
• With at least 2-3 years in handling legal documents, drafting and managing contracts
• Must be willing to do fieldwork as needed
