This Legal 500-ranked firm is searching for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team of expert Contentious Probate Lawyers within their Horsham office. As a valued member of this specialist team, you’ll benefit from friendly guidance and great resources from the outset. Your workload as a Contentious Probate Solicitor will consist of a wide range of contentious trusts and probate work, including inheritance act claims, breach of trust claims, executor/trustee disputes, validity of Will challenges, and various other private wealth disputes. This firm is conscious of its lawyers’ personal touch and prides itself on client interaction, making this Contentious Probate job the ideal role for a legal professional who values the impact of their work. To excel in this Contentious Probate Solicitor job, you will: • Have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Contentious Probate Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Litigator. • Be based in (or near) Horsham, Brighton, or Guildford.
