Content Strategist - Remote in UK
Immersive is hiring! Could you be our next Content Strategist?
We're looking for a content strategist to own content quality and operations within our Product organization at Immersive. This is a permanent, standalone role reporting to the Senior Manager, Product - based out of our Bristol Hub, Hybrid, or Remote (UK).
You'll partner with GTM, Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to understand how content is written, ensure it aligns with our style guide and tone of voice, and help them maintain consistently high-quality content. You'll work with gated cybersecurity content and highly visible material - platform copy, website content, marketing materials - spanning beginner to CISO audiences.
You'll build and deploy AI agents that help teams maintain quality and consistency at scale. For example, you might create agents that:
- Copyedit in accordance with our style guide
- Support teams to write content in our voice
- Identify where quality is slipping
You'll use Gemini, Claude Chat, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code to experiment, prototype, and roll out solutions that make it easier for teams to get it right. Accessibility is central to everything you build - content quality, readability, and accessibility standards are baked into your workflows and tools.
You should apply if (we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap . You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):
- You've got experience thinking strategically about content - whether that's operations, editorial strategy, content marketing, or systems. You understand how content flows through an organization and where it breaks down. You're comfortable dealing with complex technical topics and can communicate them clearly to a range of personas.
- You've worked with content at scale for at least two years - copyediting, strategy, operations, or quality assurance. You're hands-on with AI and like building agents. Ideally, you have:
- Experience building or collaborating on Claude agents or automation workflows
- Comfort using Claude Code to build custom agents and workflows, or you learn it quickly
- Advanced skill at prompting Claude and Gemini to solve business problems
- You're passionate about quality and consistency - you have strong opinions about good content and you're not afraid to advocate for our standards. You work independently and communicate well across disciplines. You ship solutions; you can move from identifying a problem to prototyping and deploying an AI-powered fix, then iterate based on feedback from the teams using it.
- Technology or cybersecurity experience or working within a Saa
