ROLE PURPOSE: As a Content Design Specialist at Ten Lifestyle Management Group, you are responsible for producing and refining high-quality content across a variety of formats and platforms. You manage the full content lifecycle - ideating, writing, editing, production, and optimising—to ensure our materials meet the highest editorial and brand standards. In addition to content creation, you will support the organisation, publishing, and ongoing management of content within Ten's digital platforms. You will apply content design principles to help structure information clearly, improve discoverability, and create intuitive member experiences across our digital channels. Your role requires adaptability, ownership, and a forward-thinking approach to content creation. You embrace change management and the use of advanced tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and enhance output. You collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to create compelling content that resonates with our audiences and supports our business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, write, and edit content spanning travel, dining, lifestyle, and partner promotions, as well as eCRM, events, guides and articles Support the Head of Content in identifying and recommending editorial direction for new projects. Create and adapt content across multiple formats, including print, digital, audio, and video. Organise, tag, publish, and maintain content within Ten's digital platforms, ensuring content is accurately categorised, easy to find and aligned to our member needs and journeys. Apply content design principles to structure information clearly, improve usability, and support engagement across member-facing digital experiences. Manage content publishing workflows across web, app, and other digital channels, ensuring content is presented accurately and effectively. Contribute to content governance activities, helping maintain content quality, consistency, metadata standards, and platform best practices. Execute quality control from end-to-end of the content process, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to editorial guidelines. Model adoption of AI tools in production to ensure our processes remain relevant, up-to-date, and efficient. Maintain a deep understanding of brand voice, ensuring all content is engaging, accurate, and on-message. Monitor content performance, gather insights, and continuously optimise for impact and engagement. Provide mentorship to junior team members, instilling Content team values and editorial excellence. Requirements EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least six years of experience in professional content creation, content publishing, or digital content management. Experience working within customer-facing digital platforms, e-commerce, travel, media, loyalty, membership, or similar environments is advantageous.
