We are looking for driven, capable talents who bring strong motivation and curiosity for new challenges. You are a true team player, eager to support others while scaling both the company and your own career. A proven track record of successfully leading and delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation projects is essential. AI Fluency & "Builder Mindset": Strong fluency in modern and applied AI (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, agentic systems, automated workflows). While you don't need to be a full-time programmer, you have a hands-on understanding and can credibly demo working AI concepts and discuss data privacy and technical constraints.
