Provide   expertise   of   tax processes and enabling technologies and commit to help clients solve problems and create business value . Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Contribute as a team member   on client-facing tax related   projects • Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to tax   solutions • Contribute as a team member using DMA’s structured project   methodology • Manage project   tasks   and successful completion of project deliverables and   activities • Perform Tax engine and ERP configuration to reflect client requirements; must be comfortable with at least one   ERP • Provide Go Live and cutover activity support when   needed • Contribute to project management by creating and   maintaining   comprehensive project   documentation • Translate requirements and design into   appropriate documentation   format • Assist   managing status meetings including calls and weekly   minutes • Train tax users to effectively use   applications • Develop working relationships with clients   in order to   complete assignments and communicate with clients when   necessary • Connect, engage, and build the broader relationships with DMA’s clients and alliance   partners Education and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Computer Science, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field   required • 1-4   year s   of   experienced in a related role • Working knowledge of at least one tax engine • Ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively ,   and persistently follow-through   on   assignments • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable) • Ability to understand and conceptualize accounting and tax processes and   procedures • Experience with transaction tax systems a plus • Experience   with Microsoft products, data analytics tools ,   and cloud-based business solutions • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.
