Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Consultant / Specialist Surgical Oncologist  to join our multidisciplinary oncology team. The successful candidate will provide expert surgical management of patients with benign and malignant tumors, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while collaborating closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and surgically manage patients with a wide range of solid tumors and oncologic conditions. Perform complex oncologic surgical procedures using open, minimally invasive, and laparoscopic techniques where appropriate. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary tumor boards. Provide comprehensive pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. Coordinate patient care with medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, and other specialties. Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical risks, and expected outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary cancer meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Contribute to research, clinical trials, teaching, and mentoring of junior medical staff where applicable. Stay current with advances in surgical oncology techniques, clinical guidelines, and best within multidisciplinary oncology programs. What We Offer Location:  [Insert Location] Employment Type:  Full-time Department:  Surgical Oncology Salary:  AED 700,000 – AED 1,500,000 annually (depending on experience, qualifications, and credentials) Requirements Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Board certification or recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery. Fellowship or subspecialty training in Surgical Oncology. Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience as a Specialist or Consultant Surgical Oncologist. Expertise in the surgical management of gastrointestinal, breast, hepatobiliary, endocrine, soft tissue, and other oncologic conditions as applicable.
