Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced  Consultant / Specialist Maternal and Fetal Medicine  to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for women with high-risk pregnancies, perform advanced fetal assessments, and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Provide expert consultation and management for high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric conditions. Perform and interpret advanced obstetric and fetal ultrasound examinations, including fetal anomaly scans, growth assessments, and Doppler studies. Diagnose and manage maternal medical disorders complicating pregnancy. Perform prenatal diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (where credentialed). Develop individualized care plans for patients with maternal and fetal complications. Counsel patients and families regarding prenatal diagnoses, fetal abnormalities, pregnancy risks, and available treatment options. Collaborate closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, geneticists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in labor and delivery management for high-risk obstetric cases as required. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, research, teaching, and continuing medical education activities. Requirements Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Board certification or equivalent recognized qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Fellowship or subspecialty qualification in Maternal and Fetal Medicine. Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction. Demonstrated experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and performing advanced fetal imaging and prenatal diagnostic procedures. Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
