Consultant Social Worker – Assessment Team – London Location: London Borough of Merton Pay/Salary: Up to £57,402 + £4,500 Golden Hello Office Working: Hybrid Contract: Permanent We are currently working with the London Borough of Merton to find a Consultant Social Worker for their Assessment team in Children's Services. With a stable management team and a mostly permanent workforce, Merton is looking for someone with solid experience to pick up a small caseload whilst supporting less experienced social workers. Duties • Completing Section 47’s and section 17 enquiries • Conducting Initial Assessments • Working in a fast paced team • Participate in strategy meetings where necessary • Children and Family Assessments What you need • Social Work Qualification • Social Work England registration • Enhanced DBS (provided by us) • Experience in a Referral and Assessment or similar service Why use us?
