We believe that its your career and Its yours to build which means potential here is limitless and well provide you with motivating and fulfilling experiences throughout your career to help you on the path to becoming your best professional self.The Opportunity - Consultant - Risk Consulting - ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) - BangaloreYour key responsibilitiesSupporting the Manager/ SM in day-to-day delivery of ESG engagements and associated activities, while ensuring that the engagements are delivered in a manner that complies with internal and regulatory proceduresBeing responsible for the quality of deliverables produced, including qualitative and quantitative analysisContributing to thought leadership and developing market intelligence to support ESG practice developmentProven abilities to establish and sustain sound relationships with clients and other stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in engaging with new clients and managing client expectationsHighly experienced in managing, mentoring and guiding teamsSkills and attributes for successPrior experience of undertaking ESG Gap Assessment and providing logical and impactful recommendationsStrong understanding of ESG processes and systemsExperience conducting climate risk assessment online with TCFD guidelinesProven experience of undertaking a detailed Peer Review & BenchmarkingStrong knowledge and experience in the field of SustainabilityKnowledge about Greenhouse Gas Accounting & Inventorization (Scope-1,2,3)Familiar with Science based targets and decarbonization initiativesHighly experienced in data governance - people, process, controls and technology aspectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTo qualify for the role you must have2-4 years of exp into relevant ESG roleGraduate/ Post-Graduate with professional qualifications in ESG and Sustainability, or related International Standards.Ideally youll also haveConfidence to present information to various stakeholders, lead client workshops and represent the company at industry eventsThe ability to build relationships with a range of peopleFlexibility to work under pressure, responding to changing legislation and project & program demandCreative thinking and problem-solving skills to enable you to think outside the boxExcellent numeracy and literacy skills for analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, carrying out research, writing reports and making recommendationsWhat we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative way toprovideservices across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
