Description
At Keylane, we are looking for a Consultant Release Management to strengthen our Release Management department. In this role, you ensure that changes to our software are delivered to our customers in a controlled and predictable manner.     Key About Your Role  As a Consultant for Release Management, you are a key link between our internal departments and our customers. You consistently ensure stable, predictable, and high-quality releases across all environments.  You will combine operational release coordination with continuous improvement of release processes, helping Keylane move towards one standardized way of releasing for all customers.    Key About Your Team  You will be part of the Release Management department, a team of driven and experienced colleagues. The team consists of diverse expertise (pension, actuarial, technical) and works closely with colleagues in the Netherlands, Denmark, and India, each bringing their own strengths.  Check out our  blog posts and videos  to see what it is like to work at Keylane   Key About Your Responsibilities   Work closely with several internal departments to support customers with releases.  Troubleshoot, analyze, and help resolve issues related to releases and deployments.  Coordinate internal and external stakeholders around releases on both test and production environments.  Ensure smooth planning, communication, and execution of releases.  Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new features and enhancements into controlled releases.  Contribute to the development of standardized release processes across customers and products.  Ensure work procedures, documentation, and runbooks are accurate, clear, and up to date.  Maintain detailed records of release activities and outcomes.  Act as backup and cover for colleagues when needed.
