TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team Overview The Colombia CRO and Business Development team supports strategic alignment, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination for Colombia’s market priorities, helping connect local business dynamics with broader regional, international, and corporate objectives. This team plays an important role in enabling disciplined planning, performance visibility, governance routines, and execution of Run and Grow initiatives across the business. The role reports to Colombia CRO.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities • Support the Colombia CRO by helping ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency across local and regional initiatives. • Collaborate with the CRO and senior leadership to develop and implement strategies aligned with corporate goals and Colombia’s market dynamics. • Support the strategic planning process by coordinating pre-work and post-work for planning sessions and connecting regional and international objectives to local priorities. • Act as a liaison across teams to facilitate communication, alignment, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices. • Oversee high-complexity projects across Run and Grow agendas, using disciplined project management to drive execution and targeted outcomes. • Develop executive-ready materials, including business updates, quarterly sales reviews, performance insights, SteerCo content, and preparation for international visits. • Create and maintain forward-looking performance indicators, dashboards, and tools that support proactive decision-making and strategic adjustments. • Track and coordinate key initiatives by supporting timely delivery, clear accountability, and visibility across workstreams. • Contribute to governance routines such as SteerCos, weekly business reviews, and operating cadences, while maintaining risk logs, decision logs, and structured project documentation. • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, escalate risks when needed, follow up on commitments, and support effective cross-functional collaboration. Required Knowledge And Experiences Required Knowledge and Experiences • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience that demonstrates the business knowledge required to support strategy, planning, and execution. • At least 3 to 4 years of general business experience, including strategy development experience; consulting background is desired but treated as preferred below to keep required and preferred qualifications clearly separated. • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and sound business judgment to assess implications, drive actions, and capitalize on opportunities. • Excellent project management capabilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize, work under deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels and support cross-functional collaboration. Required Technical Skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to support dashboards, performance indicators, analysis, and business tracking. • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint to develop executive-ready content, business updates, quarterly sales reviews, SteerCo materials, and leadership presentations. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications to support documentation, governance routines, project tracking, and stakeholder communications. • Fluency in English and Spanish to support communication across Colombia, regional, and international stakeholders.
