Experience: Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience as a Consultant in a recognized tertiary care hospital. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Abilities & Skills • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams. • Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure while ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care. • Experience in strategic planning, effective resource utilization, and process improvement. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with medical staff, hospital administration, and patients. • Demonstrated experience in promoting a collaborative, professional, and positive work environment. • Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and hospital accreditation requirements. • Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. • Experience in implementing and monitoring quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. • Strong commitment to continuous improvement in patient outcomes, safety, and overall organizational performance.
