SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist) with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates . The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis and treatment for conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The role involves performing advanced ENT procedures, managing complex cases, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with international clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions, including hearing disorders, sinus diseases, airway disorders, voice disorders, and head and neck conditions. Perform advanced ENT procedures and surgeries, including endoscopic, microsurgical, and other specialized interventions. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide pre-operative and post-operative care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including audiologists, radiologists, oncologists, and other specialists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education activities while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Requirements American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT). Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Otolaryngologist. Extensive experience in managing complex ENT conditions and performing advanced surgical procedures.
