SearchPlus HR is inviting applications from highly qualified Consultant Implantologists holding recognized postgraduate qualifications to join our partner healthcare institutions. This role is suited for experienced dental professionals committed to providing advanced implant dentistry and comprehensive oral rehabilitation. The Consultant Implantologist will be responsible for evaluating patients, planning implant treatments, performing dental implant procedures, and providing comprehensive restorative and surgical care. Collaboration with prosthodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and dental specialists is essential to achieving optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive oral assessments and develop individualized dental implant treatment plans. Perform dental implant placement procedures, including complex and full-mouth implant cases. Manage bone augmentation, guided bone regeneration, and other procedures associated with implant rehabilitation where appropriate. Coordinate implant-supported crowns, bridges, overdentures, and full-arch rehabilitation with the dental team. Monitor healing and implant integration and provide appropriate follow-up and maintenance care. Manage implant-related complications and ensure appropriate long-term patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established infection control and patient safety standards. Stay updated with advancements in implant dentistry, digital dentistry, and evidence-based treatment techniques. Requirements Consultant/Specialist Implantologist with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Implantology, Implant Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Periodontology, or a relevant dental specialty. Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience with strong expertise in dental implant procedures. Proven experience in complex implant cases, full-mouth rehabilitation, and implant-supported restorations. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and surgical skills.
