Description
Make a real impact How people find brokers is changing fast. Instead of scrolling search results, they ask an LLM — and the LLM answers based on the handful of sources it actually trusts. BrokerChooser is one of them: AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity cite our content 4–5 million times a month, making us one of the most-referenced sources in AI-generated answers. We've turned that position into a new offering: helping our brokerage partners measure and grow their visibility inside LLMs. We have a rapidly growing roster of clients seeking help in understanding the LLMs, better positioning them to be referenced by them, and then providing analytics and monitoring around their performance . You'll work hands-on with the data and the client story from day one, growing into fuller ownership as you go, with a senior consultant to learn the strategy side from. What you'd do • Set up and track LLM visibility. Help define how a broker's presence in AI answers gets measured — mentions, sentiment, competitive positioning — and keep it monitored consistently over time. • Algorithm Analysis : Understanding the LLM black box and identifying opportunities to maximize visibility within AI-driven systems. • Find the story in the data: where analytics meets creativity to drive better decisions. • Support visibility growth. Help spot where a broker is genuinely strong, and pitch in on the content — BrokerChooser, YouTube, the occasional Reddit play — that gets that strength noticed. • Support the client relationship. Help with scoping, recurring reporting, and day-to-day communication, working alongside a senior consultant. • "understanding the LLM black box and how to maximize value within the algorithms • Report and communicate findings effectively :  Turn visibility metrics into recommendations a partner can act on. Who we're looking for • 1–3 years in analytics, consulting, or a related field — you're building toward owning client work solo. • Comfortable with data: pulling it, checking it, and drawing conclusions you can defend. • Clear written and verbal English communication, ready to join client conversations. • Curious and fast-learning, comfortable in a fast-moving, high-uncertainty environment where the playbook isn't written yet. • Genuinely interested in understanding how LLMs work and how to influence them  — you follow this space for fun, not because a JD told you to. • Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (BigQuery, Metabase), and familiarity with — or the speed to quickly pick up — SEO tooling (Ahrefs, GSC). Nice to have: experience in brokerage, fintech, or capital markets; a creative streak for fresh content and analysis angles. What we offer • A real 40-hour week. Flexibility that respects your life, not a euphemism for always-on. • Remote-first. Work from home, with weekly office visits if you're in Budapest. • Competitive salary: typically 1,400,000–1,700,000 HUF/month gross + bonus, based on experience. • A rare specialization, with a growth path. Build real expertise in one of the fastest-growing corners of search, with a clear track toward the Senior Consultant role. • Transparent feedback, with monthly performance discussions. More on what we do BrokerChooser is a bootstrapped fintech company, ten years in, with a team of 60 in Hungary and beyond. We are visible to 4-5M queries per month in major LLMs, our platform reaches 250,000 users a month across 239 countries, and we're regularly quoted by Bloomberg, the Financial Times, and CNBC. We're on a mission to bring transparency to how people invest their savings — and this role sits at the front edge of where that's heading.
