A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Construction Senior Solicitor or Associate with 4 + years PQE to join their non-contentious construction team . Role Highlights:
• Advise on construction aspects of property developments and regeneration projects .
• Draft and negotiate development agreements , building contracts , bonds and guarantees , and professional appointments .

• Collaborate with a diverse client base including developers , contractors , public sector bodies , funders , and consultants .
Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland or England & Wales.
• Experience in non-contentious construction law .
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
