Construction Senior Solicitor / Associate – Non-Contentious (4+ PQE) Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Infrastructure & Energy Projects A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Construction Senior Solicitor or Associate with 4 + years PQE to join their non-contentious construction team . This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the UK, including major property developments and cutting-edge energy infrastructure. Role Highlights: • Advise on construction aspects of property developments and regeneration projects . • Draft and negotiate development agreements , building contracts , bonds and guarantees , and professional appointments . • Support engineering projects in the energy sector (onshore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar, tidal/wave). • Collaborate with a diverse client base including developers , contractors , public sector bodies , funders , and consultants .
