Construction Recruitment Consultant Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission Location: Harrow, Middlesex Are you looking for a Construction Recruitment role in the Construction/Engineering Sector offering the best commission structure and an opportunity to become the team leader? If so, this could be the position for you. We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant to be based in our Harrow London office. To be successful within this role we are looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in Construction/Engineering Recruitment, whether it be Blue or White collar and temp or perm, motivated to progress in recruitment and go the extra mile for your clients then apply and look forward to a conversation with ourselves to move your career into a successful direction. As a Senior Consultant we would expect the following: -  A minimum of 3 years recruitment and/or management experience  Full 360 capability  A proven track record of successful recruitment consultant  Work well within and provide support to other team members  Generating business by calling prospective clients and enquiring about current vacancies  Sourcing candidates using various methods such as social media mainly LinkedIn, advertisement and CV Databases  Manage your own desk by taking ownership of your client and candidates’ expectation What are the benefits working with us?
