Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of construction, civils and M&E projects across the Defence Training Estate. Our vision is simple: to provide the best possible training experience for our Armed Forces.What You’ll DoManage a portfolio of construction, civils and M&E projects throughout their lifecycleEnsure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projectsOversee project design, planning and executionLiaise with statutory bodies to secure approvals and permitsManage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual complianceDeliver projects across multi‑disciplinary environments including conservation sites, military ranges and forestry settingsEnsure projects meet environmental, operational and safety requirementsEssentialHNC or equivalent in construction, project management or a related fieldProven experience managing construction or hard FM projectsStrong knowledge of Health & Safety regulationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with IT tools including MS ProjectValid UK driving licenceDesirableExperience working in protected habitats, range infrastructure or forestry environmentsKnowledge of Defence Training Estate operations or MOD infrastructure processesExperience managing multi‑disciplinary supply chainsMore about the RoleThis role offers the opportunity to work across a varied and high‑impact estate, including environmentally protected sites, live‑fire ranges and extensive woodland areas.
