Position Description We are searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager. Williams Construction is an established General Contractor on the island of Kauai, specializing in high-end luxury homes. Project Manager Responsibilities: • Work with the management team and prospective clients to develop construction proposals specifically tailored to meet the expectations of the clients • Review projects in-depth to estimate costs and develop budgets • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion • Ensure supplies and materials are in place to complete projects within schedule and budget • Review work progress daily • Develop and manage all project documentation • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and the leadership team on project needs and status What does it take to succeed as a Project Manager with Williams Construction? • 5 years experience in a supervisory position. • Commitment to customer service • Prior experience with residential construction, custom home preferred • Strong motivational skills • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Professional communication style with a personable attitude and demeanor How will you be compensated? • Annual base salary starting at $100,000 • Potential for project-based bonuses • Excellent medical benefits for the employee • Paid time off • 401k with company match • Leadership development opportunities Please submit an online application along with a resume.
