The Project Analyst will support project execution, documentation, and coordination efforts while gaining hands-on experience across data center builds. This is an excellent opportunity to develop technical, consulting, and project management skills under the guidance of senior team members.
This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and paid training.
The Data Center Project Analyst will be based in Phoenix, AZ, with approximately 30%-50% travel required both locally and across the United States.
Responsibilities
Support data center projects through site surveys, documentation, scheduling, and coordination of vendors and deliverables
Assist with project planning, RFPs, and collecting project estimates/quotes
Participate in data center design and installation efforts (power distribution, low voltage cabling, white space layouts)
Create drawings and visuals including cabinet elevations, floor plans, and network diagrams
Help coordinate on-site installations and troubleshoot issues during buildouts
Support ongoing data center assessments and client deliverables
Utilize tools such as Excel, Bluebeam, and Procore
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or 1-2 years of relevant experience
Interest in data centers, critical facilities, IT infrastructure, or construction project management
Exposure to MEP, construction, or infrastructure environments preferred (internships/co-ops a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
To support a fair, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience, some interviews may be recorded. These recordings help our team focus fully on the conversation at hand, rather than note-taking, and allow us to better evaluate and improve our recruitment process. Recordings are used solely for internal purposes such as training, quality assurance, and process improvement. Candidates will be informed in advance and asked to provide consent before any recording takes place.
