Description
We are seeking a Construction Manager with minimum 15+ years of experience in building projects, specifically healthcare/hospital developments, to oversee construction projects in Qatar, for one of our Clients. GCC experience is mandatory, preferably Qatar. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities to deliver building projects on schedule and within budget. Manage specialized construction methodologies required for complex buildings and advanced hospital facilities. Direct large teams of engineers, sub-contractors, and site staff to maintain high productivity and morale. Enforce stringent QA/QC standards and international HSE regulations across the entire site footprint. Act as the primary site liaison for clients, consultants, project management firms, and local authorities. Oversee material procurement schedules, heavy machinery allocation, and labor optimization plans. Requirements Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry. Regional Experience: Mandatory GCC experience, with a strong preference for candidates with prior Qatar project exposure. Project Track Record: Proven history of successfully delivering building projects, specifically healthcare/hospital developments. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Document Readiness: Academic qualifications and certificates must be fully eligible for attestation by the MOFA in Qatar. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of regional construction laws, civil codes, and standard international contract frameworks. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, sharp dispute-resolution abilities, and fluent English communication. Availability: Must be currently residing in Qatar or fully prepared to relocate to Doha immediately upon receiving recruitment approval.
