We’re looking for a   Construction Management Intern   to join our Birmingham team for Summer 2027. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across live projects, work alongside seasoned Project Managers, and learn how innovative construction really happens—from the field to fabrication. What You’ll Do • Support Project Delivery:   Work with Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant PMs on day-to-day operations across active jobs. • Own the Details:   Help prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs), RFIs, submittals, and change orders. • Stay Close to the Field:   Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to monitor progress and resolve real-world challenges. • Drive Project Clarity:   Maintain schedules, meeting minutes, and action logs to keep teams aligned. • Champion Safety & Quality:   Assist in implementing jobsite safety protocols and compliance standards. Learn & Grow • Set Goals, See Progress:   Create a personal learning plan to guide your summer growth. • Get Mentorship:   Receive feedback and coaching from project leaders in construction management, scheduling, and financial controls. • Experience Real Projects:   Participate in project meetings and gain exposure to multiple delivery types—from modular builds to healthcare facilities. • Understand the System:   Learn how Creature’s integrated model connects design, manufacturing, and construction into one streamlined process. What You Bring • Pursuing a degree in   Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with   Procore   or construction software is a plus • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn by doing Why Creature At Creature, we’re not just building projects—we’re building systems, teams, and careers.
