Description
The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our aviation team as a  Construction Logistics Specialist III (ARM Terminal Roadway and ASR Assistant) in Los Angeles County with the following duties:   Essential Job Duties: Receive and process new, revised, and updated forms for signatures Distribute completed forms to internal and exernal contacts Maintain and update agendas with new/revised information such as dates and permits, including expired permit dates Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals Maintain and update information to include all new, revised and updated activities Prepare and update agendas for each weekly workshop Assist in managing CALM processes Supports Airport-wide program administration Dashboard updates and reporting responsibilities Coordinates training and contractor onboarding Coordinate with City agencies and provide information to assist in the permit process Request concurrence from LAWA subject matter experts and notify outside contractors of concurrence and any restrictions Track and document concurrence requests and distribute notification of the upcoming project(s) Various duties as assigned such as presentation preparation, collecting and organizing information to be used for deliverables and assisting in tracking the daily deployment of multiple construction projects Requirements Minimum Required Qualifications and Skills: 15 years of professional experience; graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience Education and Training Qualifications: Bachor's degree in architecture, aviation, business, engineering, construction management, planning or other related technical field. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree preferred Relevant professional licensure and/or certifications are strongly preferred. Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. Additional Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Access and PowerPoint) Adobe Illustrator Bluebeam Ability to create dashboards, presentations, graphics, Gantt charts and tracking multiple ongoing activities Additional Requirements Must pass a federal background check Benefits Salary Range: $139,000-$144,000 Medical, Vision, & Dental – 100% covered for the employee* Life and Disability Insurance 10.5 days of Vacation pay (Accrued) 6 days of Sick pay (Available Immediately) 10 days of Holiday pay (9 Holidays, 1 Personal Day) 3% Employer Contribution 401k (After 1 year of service) Monthly Stipend for Cell Phone Laptop for work purposes
