One Royal Culture Short Story We have current openings for Laborers for our infrastructure projects throughout Austin and San Antonio, TX. The Laborer plays a key role working with and alongside other skilled trades working on underground excavation for underground utilities pipe installation. Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities: Mobilization and demobilization of the jobsite; set-up, break down, staging, clean up, etc. Assisting electricians and operating engineers in the placement of underground utilities. Perform concrete work including pours and form work. Perform basic general labor procedures such as shoveling, trenching, grading, cribbing, lifting and carrying heavy materials, loading and unloading trucks. Operate and maintain good care of tools and company vehicles Assist other crew members, operators, and other skilled labor when needed Backfill trenches and pits, hand dig, use of shovels Perform other job-related duties as requested by the supervisor Who you are: Safety Oriented - You are dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring that both you and your team adhere to safety protocols on the jobsite.
