We have a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team!
Our Construction Estimator comes with a robust compensation and benefits package, including an annual salary between $85,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience, and opportunity for growth. We also offer health benefits after 90 days, a 401(k) with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.
Requirements for the Construction Estimator include:
• 2+ years of experience in estimating landscape installation, landscape construction, or landscape irrigation projects;
• Experience providing customer service to landscape, irrigation, or construction customers;
• Proficiency with computer software programs, including MS Office Suite, and comfort with learning new technology;
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management (preferred but not required);
• Proficiency in On-Screen Take-Off and ProCore (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities for the Construction Estimator include:
• Gathering, calculating, and compiling take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates;
• Preparing estimates;
• Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Utilizing standard estimate computer software to present information to management;
• Following the sales process through estimation to completion, conducting follow-ups with clients as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.
