We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Craft Recruiter to join our team. As a Construction Craft Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting talented construction craft professionals for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract candidates with expertise in various construction trades, ensuring a skilled and capable workforce to support our projects.  Responsibilities:  Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific forums, to actively source potential candidates with expertise in construction trades.  Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they align with our project needs and company requirements.  Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential candidates, maintaining regular communication to understand their career aspirations and match them with suitable job opportunities.  Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top construction craft talent, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.  Job Postings: Create compelling and informative job postings that accurately represent the job requirements and the benefits of working with our company.  Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to gauge candidates' technical capabilities and cultural fit within our organization.  Candidate Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles and facilitate the selection process.  Candidate Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for newly hired construction craft professionals, ensuring a seamless integration into their roles.  Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified candidates, keeping detailed records of potential candidates for future opportunities. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in craft recruitment within the construction industry.  Construction Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of various construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, etc.  Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and project teams.  Networking Abilities: Proven ability to network and establish connections within the construction industry to identify potential candidates.  Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines.  Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to resolving recruitment challenges and identifying innovative solutions to attract top talent.  Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and other recruitment tools.  Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve recruitment targets and meet staffing needs efficiently.  Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.  If you are passionate about recruitment and have a keen eye for identifying construction craft talent, we invite you to apply for the Construction Craft Recruiter position.
