Transactional Construction Projects Lawyer – Energy Sector Focus (Scotland or UK Regions)
Location: Flexible across UK offices, with a preference for Scotland
PQE: 3–8 years

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious transactional construction lawyer to join its top-tier Construction and Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.
The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on non-contentious construction matters, particularly within the renewable energy sector.
• Supporting clients through all stages of project development, from procurement to financial close.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
• Collaborating with colleagues across national and international offices.
Candidate Profile:
• 3–8 years’ PQE with experience in transactional construction law.
• Background in energy-related projects is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Experience gained in a large commercial firm, in-house legal team, or local authority.
• A proactive team player with a desire to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
