Job Description We are seeking a proactive and experienced Consolidation Team Leader to oversee daily consolidation operations within our warehouse. The role is responsible for leading the consolidation team, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and coordinating with warehouse departments to achieve timely and efficient outbound shipments. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the consolidation team to achieve daily operational targets. Monitor team productivity, quality, and compliance with warehouse procedures. Provide coaching, training, and performance support to team members. Ensure accurate consolidation, staging, and loading of outbound shipments. Conduct quality checks to minimize errors, damages, and shipment discrepancies. Coordinate with inbound, warehouse, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update shipment status and monitor operations. Prepare and maintain consolidation documentation and operational records. Report operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, consolidation, loading, and inventory control. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and related logistics software. Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
