Our ambition The Opportunity Key Responsibilities • Creation and maintenance of information barriers including corresponding with partners and other matter team members. • Supporting the team in carrying out conflicts searches and analysis in respect of low risk matters under supervision. • Administrative tasks to support data integrity. • Research tasks primarily using Intapp. • Creating, reviewing and maintaining online resources. • Bulk data management, especially in regard to class action and bankruptcy matters. • Supporting and participating in discrete projects as requested (e.g. assisting in the response to Business Development requests). Qualifications / Skills / Experience • Law degree. • LPC/similar desirable. • Paralegal experience in a City practice preferable. • Excellent interpersonal skills – the person will liaise with both lawyers and business services groups, in each case at all levels of seniority and from all offices. • Organisation and communication skills.
